The Problem
Building a fantasy team was a time-consuming and repetitive task for users. Most players relied on a single expert team, leading to duplicate picks and lower chances of winning big. We redesigned the team creation journey to make it faster, personalized, and more strategic, empowering users with unique combinations and effortless play strategies.
The Challenge
This project was more from a retention point on view. Some wanted quick and ready-made teams, others preferred small tweaks for control, while a few invested time in detailed research. Across all types, the common needs were speed, personalization, and a fair chance to win.
